To configure Apple Mail on MAC OS Leopard 10.5.x to send and receive email, please follow the instructions below
- Open Apple Mail.
- From the 'Mail' menu, choose 'Preferences'.

- Click the 'Accounts' button and click on '+' button at the bottom.

- - Enter your 'Full Name' as you want it to appear.
- Enter your full email address jsmith@your-domain.com. (Note: replace your-domain.com with your domain.) in the 'Email address:' field.
- Enter your password.
- Click on 'Continue'

- - Select POP in the Account Type drop down
- Enter 'mail.your-domain.com' (Note: replace your-domain.com with your domain.) in the 'Incoming Mail Server:' field.
- Enter your full email address username@your-domain.com. (Note: replace your-domain.com with your domain.) in the 'User Name' field.
- Enter your email password in the 'Password:' field
- Click on 'Continue'

- - For 'Authentication' drop down choose 'Password'
- Click on 'Continue'

- - Select 'mail.your-domain.com' (Note: replace your-domain.com with your domain.) in the 'Outgoing Mail Server:' field.
- Make sure to check mark the 'Use Authentication' check box.
- Enter your full email address username@your-domain.com. (Note: replace your-domain.com with your domain.) in the 'User Name' field.
- Enter your email password in the 'Password:' field
- Click on the 'Continue' button.

- - Mark the 'Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)' checkbox.
- For 'Authentication' drop down choose 'Password'.
- Click on the 'Continue' button.

- Verify your settings in the 'Account Summary' screen and click 'Create' to create your account

NOTE: In some case if you see the following Verify Certificate message, please mark the checkbox 'Always trust "mb2d10.vdrs.net" when connecting to "mail.your-domain.com" and click 'Connect' button.
